I am passionate about promoting good music. I simply can't stand to see an awesome band failing to get noticed due to a poor band biography. I reviewed Indie albums for an online magazine 2009-2010. During that time, I encountered dozens of thrilling professionally written biographies which made me familiar with the band and instilled an eagerness to hear the music. Also for the past couple of years I have weekly weeded through MySpace profiles, searching for a song to feature in the Alternative music forum Song of the Week thread. Unfortunately during that process I've come across a large variety of DIY band biographies, most of which have left me with little interest in the music, but completely inspired to rewrite the bio.
